The Alliance to Save America's 340B Program (ASAP 340B) is pleased to welcome the African American Diabetes Association (AADA) as the newest partner in its growing coalition of more than 45 organizations. Collectively, our partners are working to strengthen the 340B Drug Pricing Program and ensure it supports the patients and communities Congress intended it to serve.

“I am thrilled that our organization is a part of the ASAP 340B coalition,” said AADA Co-Founder and CEO, Leon Rock, M.Ed. “For the communities we serve, 340B is about more than the cost of care. It is about whether patients can access the medications, services, and support they need to live healthier lives. We are proud to join ASAP 340B and work alongside its partners to help advance meaningful reform in a program that many of the communities we serve see as a lifeline.”

“AADA brings an importantly unique perspective to ASAP 340B’s work,” said ASAP 340B Executive Director Thomas Johnson. “Its commitment to health equity will help ensure our advocacy remains grounded in the experiences of the patients and families the 340B program was created to serve. We look forward to working together to ensure conversations about the future of 340B advance a more transparent, accountable, and patient-centered program.”
