ASAP 340B Statement on Reintroduction of the 340B ACCESS Act

Washington, D.C. (September 11, 2025) – Thomas Johnson, Executive Director of The Alliance to Save America's 340B Program (ASAP 340B) issued the following statement following the reintroduction of the 340B ACCESS Act: 

“ASAP 340B was established based on ten principles for comprehensive federal reform of the 340B program. We appreciate Congressman Carter and Congresswoman Harshbarger’s continued attention to these issues and look forward to working with policymakers to advance meaningful policy."
