ASAP 340B Statement on Introduction of the SECURE 340B Act

Washington, D.C. (July 7, 2026) - The Alliance to Save America’s 340B Program (ASAP 340B) issued the following statement on the introduction of Representatives John Joyce’s (R-PA-13) and Scott Peters’ (D-CA-50) legislation, the Strengthening the Exercise of Controls and Upgrading Requirements for Efficiency in 340B Act.
